As a supplier/merchant, you must transmit regular inventory updates to BuilderDepot (or provide BuilderDepot access to your systems). Frequent order cancellations resulting from lack of stock or discontinued products will result in penalties on those orders to cover our expenses. Order cancellations result in poor customer experience.
