When you receive an order from BuilderDepot, you will also receive instructions as to how, and where to ship the product(s) to the intended destination (customer). We estimate and collect the shipping charges based on the items weight/size you provided us. If the shipment requires special attention, then we will collaborate on the shipping method. Suppliers/Merchants must not include material deemed competitive with Builderdepot, or confusing to the Builderdepot customer.
As a merchant, we want you to be aware of and comply with our shipping policies.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
BuilderDepot estimates the shipping charges based you the information you provided. Make sure this information is accurate and up to date. If you need to charge a handling or drop ship fee please let us know when your account is setup.
You must let us know if an items is Oversized. If you have negotiated freight charges for an item please let us know.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING
At this time, BuilderDepot does not ship outside the contiguous USA and Canada.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
UPS, FedEx, and other shippers have special pick-up and delivery schedules for the holidays. Please advise BuilderDepot of any holiday season shipping schedules or instructions.
ORDER TRACKING & PAYMENT
After you finalized and shipped the order you must update the BuilderDepot system immediately, as this step allows us to pay you once we receive your invoice. We will not pay invoices without tracking numbers for the order. Also, by updating our system, an email is sent to the customer with their "Order Tracking Number".
Unless you are allowed to ship HAZMAT, Builderdepot does not sell products that are classified as "hazardous"."
