Your pet's body heat may cause the pad to warm over time. When warming occurs, remove pet from pad. Place pad in an area where the room temperature (ambient air) will cool and recharge the cooling pad.

Cleaning and Storage Instructions: Use soft cloth. Clean with mild soap and wipe clean with warm water. Allow to dry completely before use or storage. Store in a cool, dry location. If planning to store for an extended period of time, sealing the product in the plastic bag provided, may increase useful life.

The Green Pet Shop cannot provide replacement products under warranty without photo proof of the damage and without dated documents showing the date of purchase. Limited 90 day manufacturers warranty.

This product is not meant for consumption. While the gel is non-toxic, we always recommend taking your pet to the veterinarian if they ingest any part of the Chillz Gel Mat. In some cases, allergic reaction can occur which can affect the health of your pet. If your pet is prone to chewing, DO NOT leave it unattended with the Chillz Gel Mat.
